Are your laptops refurbished?

Yes. Our refurbished laptops are professionally tested, cleaned and prepared for reliable everyday use.

Do your laptops include a warranty?

Yes. Refurbished laptops sold by Vision Next Ltd include a 1-year warranty. See our Warranty page for details.

What does the cosmetic condition mean?

All available condition grades are fully functional. Cosmetic wear can vary from very light signs of previous use to more visible marks depending on the condition shown on the product or variant.

What keyboard layout do the laptops use?

Our current live listings specify the keyboard layout on the product page. Many of our existing laptops use US English QWERTY, while some future stock may use UK QWERTY.

Do you deliver across the UK?

Yes. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days and tracking is provided after dispatch.

Can I return a laptop?

Yes. We offer a 14-day return policy. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide instructions.
